Who we are

TTE Time to Eat LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website ttetimetoeat.com, the Noa AI messaging assistant available via Instagram Direct Message, and our phone ordering line staffed by James. We are located in Orlando, FL. You can reach us at hello@ttetimetoeat.com.

Information we collect

• Order information: When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the items you ordered, and your chosen pickup time.
• Instagram messages: When you message us via Instagram Direct, we receive your Instagram username and the content of your messages. These are processed by our AI assistant (Noa) to respond to your inquiry. Message content is stored temporarily to maintain conversation context and is not shared with third parties.
• Payment information: Payments are processed by Square. We do not store your card details — they are handled entirely by Square’s secure payment system.
• Usage data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running properly.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your dessert orders
• To respond to your messages and questions via Instagram or our website
• To send order confirmations and pickup reminders
• To improve our products, service, and the Noa assistant
• To comply with legal obligations

Text messages (SMS) & consent

We send order-related and customer-care text messages to customers who opt in. You opt in when you provide your mobile number and give consent in any of these ways: by checking the SMS consent box at checkout on ttetimetoeat.com, by texting our business number first, or by placing an order by phone with our assistant James. These messages include order confirmations, a secure payment link, pickup-ready notifications, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies by your order activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver the messages and fulfill your order (for example, Twilio to send the text and Square to process payment), and never for their own marketing.

Instagram messaging & Meta

We use the Instagram Messaging API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to power our Noa AI assistant. When you send a Direct Message to our Instagram account (@ttetimetoeat), your message is received through Meta’s platform and processed by our AI to generate a reply. Meta’s own Privacy Policy also applies to how Instagram handles your data.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Square — to process payments securely
• Twilio — to deliver order-related text messages and power our phone assistant James
• Meta / Instagram — to deliver messages via the Instagram platform
• Anthropic — our AI provider that powers the Noa assistant (messages are processed to generate replies)
• Vercel / Neon — our hosting and database infrastructure providers

Data retention

Order records are retained for 2 years for business and tax purposes. Instagram conversation history is kept for up to 30 days to provide context for ongoing conversations, then automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ttetimetoeat.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep the site functional (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
