These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ttetimetoeat.com, our phone ordering line, and our Instagram messaging assistant (collectively, the “Services”), operated by TTE Time to Eat LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Orlando, FL. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & pickup

We offer handmade desserts for pickup. When you place an order, it is not confirmed or scheduled until payment is completed through our secure payment link. Pickup times are subject to availability and our production lead times. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a pickup slot is full, or if we’re unable to fulfill it, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable tax shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right. Refund requests are reviewed by our team and, when approved, issued to the original payment method. Refunds are not automatic and may take a few business days to appear.

Messaging & automated assistants

Our assistants Noa (text/SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages) and James (phone) may respond to your messages automatically to answer questions and help you order. By texting us or providing your phone number, you consent to receive order-related and customer-care text messages from us at the number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent, and we never share or sell your phone number or messaging consent to third parties. Allergens

Our desserts are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, and coconut. We are not an allergen-free facility and cannot guarantee against cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering; you are responsible for deciding whether an item is safe for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTE Time to Eat LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
