Text Message (SMS) Program

What this is
TTE Time to Eat LLC (“Time To Eat”) is a handmade dessert business in Orlando, FL. We use text messages (SMS) to help our own customers place and manage dessert orders for pickup. This is a two-way, customer-care and transactional program — we reply to customers who message us and send order-related updates for orders they placed. We never send marketing, promotional, or bulk texts, and we never message anyone who has not contacted us or ordered from us.
How you opt in (consent)
You give consent to receive our texts in any of these ways:
- At checkout: when you order on ttetimetoeat.com, you can enter your mobile number and check the consent box (unchecked by default). The box reads:

- By texting us first: you text our business number (published on this site, in our shop, and on your order receipt) to ask about or place an order.
- By phone: you place an order by phone with our assistant and give your mobile number to receive the order’s payment link and updates.
What we send
- Order confirmations and a secure payment link to complete your order
- Pickup-ready notifications when your order is ready
- Replies to questions you send us
Frequency, rates, and how to opt out
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a final confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email hello@ttetimetoeat.com.
